April 26, 2014 - Birds Afight

An edhatter heard a lot of commotion and went outside to find these two birds dueling it out on a neighbor's rooftop. It seems that the crow was determined to take away the hawk's prey!

In local news, a convicted felon was found to be in possession of several firearms, a vendor at the Santa Barbara Fair and Expo has been fined for conducting unsafe rides, and a reader reported seeing a triangle shaped plane flying fast over Santa Barbara on Thursday.
