Cox Cable is once again showing their ineptitude. This morning I had and email saying "Coming Soon - SHOWTIME ANYTIME - FREE with your SHOWTIME subscription from COX", announcing that they would be supporting the Showtime mobile app. When I spoke with tech support about when it would be available they said they didn't know that it was in the works.
I'm very sick of Cox's service, or lack of, the rates they charge, and the lack of real options.
Any opinions out there about this monopoly?
