People v. Eduardo Robles Robles

Santa Barbara County District Attorney Joyce E. Dudley and Lompoc Police Chief Larry Ralston announced today the extradition of murder suspect Eduardo Robles Robles, age 25, who fled to Mexico shortly after the murder took place. Once the Lompoc Police Department completed their initial investigation, the District Attorney filed one count of murder with the use of a deadly weapon as well as a first degree robbery charge against Robles, and a warrant for his arrest was issued. The Santa Barbara County District Attorney's Office, working with the Lompoc Police Department and the Office of International Affairs with the U.S. Department of Justice, secured the extradition of Robles from Mexico. The Lompoc Police Department took custody of Robles at the Los Angeles International Airport when Robles reentered the United States.

Robles will be held on approximately two million dollars bail pending his continued arraignment before the Honorable Judge Iwasko on Tuesday, April 29, 2014, in the Lompoc Superior Court.
