March 28, 2014 - NASCAR Dreams

John Palminteri reported that a local woman's dream came true when she met her favorite NASCAR driver, Ryan Newman. Stephanie Snow, of Santa Maria, has a challenging medical condition known as FOP and after meeting Newman he carried one of her FOP bracelets in his #31 Chevy Sunday at 200+ miles an hour.
