Thank You Public Works...

For several weeks on my morning commute I had been noticing water running in the gutter south on State Street between Junipero and Pueblo. Perhaps a broken sprinkler in the shrubbed median?

I called the City listing for 'Broken Mains and Water Waste' @ 564-5413 and spoke with a pleasant young woman. She told me she would dispatch someone to check on the scene.

Ola! Several days later on my commute I saw a city worker at the location and voila - dry as a bone the next day and since.

Thank you city workers for a prompt and helpful fix during this drought!
