Plant Thief

Alert: plant thief on the westside!

Several succulents taken from my parkstrip on the westside. Mature plants, taken with their roots, soil debris on street and sidewalk along with blunt cut pieces...definitely not the work of gophers or an animal. Sometime in the last 24 hours. It is one thing to take a cutting to re-root but you should ask first...don't steal. Is this what to expect with a drought?
