Scam Alert

Someone called me on my cell phone from 5 267 894 5623 (which is a Costa Rica country code). In an accent-free voice, the woman said that I (she called me by name) had won a grant from the government. She asked me what I would do with the money and I replied that I would probably pay bills. She said that the money could be electronically deposited to my bank account or credited to a debit or credit card.

At that(playing along at this point), I said that I only believed in cash and that she would have to send me a check. She said that the money was only available electronically.

I refused to give her any information and she said that I was giving up the award and she would not be calling back.

That was the second spam call I received this morning.
