You are just now asking! Call the County "Roads" department. They can answer your question.

It depends. Are you in the County or the City. Depending on which one, call the respective Public Works Department.

You could call one of the local tree service companies - they would know for sure and might even help you out if you feel you or others are in danger. Eager Beaver, Warrecker Bros., SB Tree Trimmers, Nimble, Bartlett, Montecito Tree Care, Action, Economy, Arbor Tree Service etc.

You are in the county. Call county roads department, not the city:)

It is the property owner's responsibility. Contact them. Consider offering to pay the cost of removal; often $$$ are the reason tree maintenance is deferred.

Do not use Economy Tree. They are not reliable with their work or prices.
