An edhat subscriber shared an article with us from ValuePenguin that ranked California cities by the price of automobile insurance.

According to the report, Santa Barbara is ranked as the 37th cheapest auto insurance out of 210 cities in California. Santa Barbara received an annual premium of $971 for single drivers and $927 for married drivers, making it a -14% of the change vs. average.

The most expensive city is Glendale with an annual premium of $1,823 for single drivers and $1,740 for married drivers. The least expensive city is Calexico with an annual premium of $866 for single drivers and $841 for married drivers. You can view the full list at ValuePenguin.com
