Photo Booth
updated: Mar 05, 2014, 3:03 PM

I want to take photos in a photo booth for an invitation I am making. Does anyone know where I can find a photo booth in town?

There used to be one in the Camino Real movie theater; you may want to call them to see if it is still there?

Inside the Court House, ground floor. Old wooden booth.

Ha Ha Ha! - 220 they're looking for a PHOTO booth not a PHONE booth. I have a good Ophthalmologist if you need one.

Most of the bars now have new juke boxes that that have a photo booth feature. They take 4 poses just like a booth. Break Time, Cliff Room, Uptown Lounge are three off the top of my head.

It would be cheaper, easier, and better if you just download a 'photo booth' app on an iPad or smart phone. Then you can play with it until you get just the right photo and you can even manipulate it if you want to mess with the color or contrast.
Once you have what you want, you could either print the final result or take it to Costco and print them cheaply.

I have many photo booth strips from when the old-style photo booths used to exist. If you decide to DIY, i can loan you one that you can scan, and Photoshop your own images into it. Or i can scan it for you. Get my email address from Ed if you're interested.

Camino Real movie theater still has one. The Zoo has a fun one too!

So many of them are cheezy "digital" ones now. I hope at least one of the above suggestions is still the old (acually photographic) style!

Lemme guess...a 50/60th BD party invitation? I agree with above posts-find a friend with a Mac.

Don't let those who have drank the Apple Kool-Aid get you down....there are hundreds of photo booth apps out there for Android as well.

For what you want I highly recommend PhotoBooth Vintage by Kastor Soft. Free app for your phone. It works exactly like a photo booth. You can choose vintage black and white or and other color scale you'd like. So easy to use.
