Double Dolphin catamaran stolen at the SB Harbor

The Santa Barbara Harbor Patrol has arrested 21-year old Phillip Conway for allegedly stealing the 50-foot Double Dolphin catamaran this morning. The vessel was docked at the Santa Barbara Sailing Center on the parking lot side of the harbor. It was spotted floating by Marina One across the harbor's main channel, and that brought out the Harbor Patrol.

Conway was on board and immediately arrested. Damage to the inside of the vessel has been estimated as high as $3000.
