Fire Practice

This was apparently fire hose practice I flew past, with a crew of three hosing down what looks like a pile of wooden pallets. I found it on gMaps across the tracks from the Chase Palm bowl at 30 S. Olive. I wonder what actual fire practice would look like from up here. Seems like they at least practice with smoke in that wooden shack. The four story structure might be used for high rise practice, since there seem to be smoke stains above the windows. Maybe also used for drying hoses? Are those the firemen's cars, or maybe they practice on the cars too?
