Barber- Head Shaving Art
updated: Jan 23, 2014, 1:13 PM

I know I'm too old for this kind of nonsense, but I'm gonna do it anyway...can anyone refer me to a reasonably priced salon in Santa Barbara who can shave Seattle Seahawks logos on the sides of my head for the Super Bowl?

An edhatter follows up with a referral post about getting a Seattle Seahawks haircut. [pic] (02/01/14)

No I cannot because as a 49er fan, I do not support anything Seahawks related :)

I think you could probably get the Broncos logo shaved for less money, or even free. They're much more popular.

Why do you wanna be a thug?

I remember back in the day Jesse from the Palms Barber Shop use to do designs of this nature. Give him a call. It's cool you choose to be different.

If you want to be like those punks out there go ahead. You get what you pay for, so reasonable, will most likely get you a pigeon fighting another pigeon over a cookie or a hawk fighting a cock. With that said- keep you hair and maybe get yourself some friends you age not the young kids that hang out next to your car at your apartment complex.

Why not just go for stripes, because, for the second time in a playoff game, the refs were the real mvp for the hawks. So many blown calls.

If I knew how, I'd do it for free for you, just to counteract all the people that replied with non-helpful garbage. I'd try Ernie's & Larry's, it's at 709 Chapala St, (805) 845-5220. They're right across from Paseo Nuevo, and behind the best little random Mexican food restaurant, Romanti-ezer. Good luck, and get the nachos when you're done!

I sure hope the Seahawks win. The poor sportsmanship displayed by the Broncos fans is reason enough.
I lived in the NorthWest for a number of years and the Seahawks always faltered after a good start so their record this year is sweet and speaks for itself.
I agree Sherman's rant was in poor taste but can't say the Broncos fans are more tasteful.
Go 'Hawks

When have the Bronco's fans ever displayed poor sportsmanship? I don't recall them ever throwing things at a seriously injured player from the opposing team as he's carried off the field in pain, although that's what the Seattle fans did on Sunday. And when's the last time anyone on any team has given such an embarrassing display of bad sportsmanship as Sherman on Sunday's post-game interview?

COMMENT 488941 agree helpful negative off topic

2014-01-24 12:06 PM

Ah yes, Sherman's display of bad sportsmanship after Crabtree hit him upside the head and was cited for unsportsmanlike conduct immediately after the game.

Facts are a curious thing that often get overlooked in favor of opinion.

COMMENT 488964 agree helpful negative off topic

2014-01-24 12:52 PM

941 - It was Sherman who was given an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty, not Crabtree. Fact.

When you act like a putz, you are a putz, no matter how smart you are or what school you went to. Richard Sherman is a world class putz.
