Edhat Staff Holiday Dinner

For edhat's annual holiday dinner the Dedicated Staff went to the coolest new bar/restaurant in town,
Seven Bar & Kitchen. Nestled in the Funk Zone at 224 Helena Ave, Seven bar is a hidden gem that embodies
the trendy and funky nature that is Santa Barbara.

We received three orders of fries: regular, parmesan, and "7 Style" which includes fresh cut Kennebec potatoes fried and topped with fresh garlic, crumbled
blue cheese & truffle oil.
Seven serves four different types of delicious sliders: pork, beef, chicken and veggie.
The house special Mac & Cheese includes a 3-cheese blend of gouda, parmesan & fontina cheeses, topped with Gremolata, sausage and peppers.
Seven is one of the only restaurants in town that serves chicken and waffles, and the Dedicated Staff was really excited about it! Cage-Free chicken fried
with house waffles and homemade maple syrup infusion. Served with a side of Cali Slaw and Fries.
The Dedicated Staff ended the evening with a Secret Santa exchange, spiked holiday beverages seemed to
be the theme this year. Unfortunately Ed was not able to make this dinner, but he was sure to send gifts
along for the staff.
