HARD FREEZES ARE EXPECTED AGAIN OVERNIGHT AND EARLY TUESDAY MORNING ACROSS THE CENTRAL COAST...SANTA YNEZ VALLEY...SANTA BARBARA AND THE OJAI VALLEY.

...FREEZE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 9 AM PST TUESDAY...

* TEMPERATURES AND TIMING...TEMPERATURES BETWEEN 23 AND 28 DEGREES ARE EXPECTED ACROSS WIND SHELTERED AREAS FOR AT LEAST 2 TO 4 HOURS BETWEEN 1 AM AND 9 AM PST TUESDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...LONG DURATIONS OF BELOW FREEZING TEMPERATURES CAN KILL CROPS AND SENSITIVE VEGETATION...AS WELL AS HARM OUTDOOR PETS AND LIVESTOCK.

Instructions: A FREEZE WARNING MEANS TEMPERATURES OF 28 DEGREES OR LESS FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE HOURS ARE IMMINENT OR HIGHLY LIKELY. MEASURES TO PROTECT PETS AND LIVESTOCK AND TO SAVE CROPS AND SENSITIVE VEGETATION SHOULD BE TAKEN.
