Finally it's FRYday and first thing Fed Ex delivered my Fire Engine Red Microwave. It will be nice to just heat things up again instead of having to run water thru the coffee pot to have a cup a tea. So a couple people got offended because I wrote for people to be careful going out at night don't go alone. One said "Tell men to stop raping women." Or something like that another person agreed with the first. Tell me where all the rapists are and I'll go over and tell them to stop raping people maybe we could just roll a wood chipper over to where they hang out and stuff em all in it. It might work if we knew who they all were but it's not like it's tattooed on their foreheads. I guess I gotta explain every gosh darn thing I write because some people just like to twist things around to make you look like a friggen idiot. Not everyone has had the experience of having a loaded gun shoved in their face, or been stabbed, or held against their will by a sick demented person that made them do sick demented things. So when I write and say things like be careful, don't go out alone, be careful, lock your doors; I say those things because I don't want to see others go thru what I have. It takes a long time to recover, sometimes people never fully recover I haven't and I don't think I ever will fully recover. That is why I say be careful.
The other thing I said while breaking some news is that I don't release sensitive information and I don't. If someone any of you out there in Scannerland was attacked, raped, beaten, robbed, a loved one murdered would you like to see sensitive information about you or your loved ones published? Your address? Your name? That is some of the sensitive information I don't release I will never release and if anyone I was associated with did it, I'd distance myself from them because people's personal information is no one's business. I won't release sensitive police information either. I won't release information about where a suspect is hiding, locations of police officers while searching, undercover police operations, unless it's public like a standoff. I will not put a police officer's life in danger in search of writing a good story or beeping my own horn. One person writes "Roger says he's not going to release sensitive information let's all go out and buy scanners we'll get that darn gang injunction." You may but who is going to publish all that sensitive information for you? I don't think Edhat will. I saw a comment taken out the other day where some bonehead wrote in a comment the general location of a police officer's residence. That is no one's business where police officers live. I hope he moves. He needs to find a comfortable place to live where he doesn't have to worry about some loud mouth neighbor spewing his business all over the place.
While you're out there buying Scanners get some torches and pitchforks too you're probably going to need them. I notice that someone said that calls for service for the police have gone down a lot in the Milpas Street area. This person also stated that maybe some people left town because there's no FREE LUNCH at Casa Esperanza, anymore I could almost hear the horns beeping but then I remembered that many of the people that were causing trouble on Milpas actually moved over to the West Side near Pershing Park and the lower West Side HOOD, The one Nature Boy wrote about the other day. That whole area is pretty much under siege now burglaries, auto thefts, some robberies, that rape the other day 200 Block of State was over there so many of the people that were causing trouble on Milpas just moved to other parts of town. Then there was this other rape a couple days later that was on Cacique. I'm really not sure if anyone left I see them on other parts of town and I hear illegal camper calls in residential neighborhoods a lot. Last week end I was up kinda late I heard some yelling and a shot fired down the street about 50 feet. Next morning there was some graffiti. I know the difference between gun shots and fireworks this was a gunshot I didn't call it in I pretty much figured bangers be long gone then someone would say it was fireworks anyway.
