The SBCC Center for Lifelong Learning mission is to be responsive to the diverse lifelong learning needs
of adult members of the Santa Barbara Community. The SBCC Center for Lifelong Learning supports the
overall Santa Barbara community through expanded knowledge of the arts, promotion of healthy living
styles, and pursuit of intellectual studies. CLL aims to be the social, cultural and educational hub for the
Santa Barbara community, continuing a nearly 60 year tradition of excellence.

With over 500 very affordable classes, and start dates through December 14th the new SBCC Center for
Lifelong Learning (CLL) is offering something for every schedule. Adults of all ages may sign up for
evening, weekday, weekend classes and single-session workshops with start dates in October,
November and December. Fall term ends December 14th.
The Center for Lifelong Learning is ‘home' to five major program categories previously offered as part of
SBCC Continuing Education. The SBCC Center for Lifelong Learning officially launched on September
9th, with more than 500 classes for fall term, including 50 brand new offerings, and a new lecture and
special event series, "CLL Presents."
"Making classes accessible to such a diverse community is the key to our mission to be Santa Barbara's
educational, cultural and social hub," said Andy Harper, Executive Director, SBCC Center for Lifelong
