Finding Wild Wisdom: Renewal and Communion with Animals and Nature ~ A Study Series
Reclaim your inherent wild nature that lies beneath the industrializaation and domestication that
envelopes humanity. While our lives are replete with technology and intelligence, there is a yearning for
a deeper, more connected and more compassionate wisdom and way of being. Wild Wisdom provides a
unique opportunity to rediscover, nurture, and claim our innately unique place in the emerging ecology
and psyche of all living beings.
One of La Casa de Maria's core mission areas is to work towards the Renewal of the Earth. We are
honored to sponsor the Wild Wisdom study series led by experts Toni Frohoff and Phoebe Linden Green.
Through their inspirational leadership and expertise, along with guest speakers, we will explore our
relationship to animals and nature, realizing that the salvation of our planet includes forming new levels
of communication and communion with all living beings. Wild Wisdom teaches us how to unveil the
meaning conveyed.

Toni Frohoff, Ph.D. is an animal behavioral psychologist specializing in dolphins, whales, elephants and
the psychological well-being of animals. She is author Between Species and Dolphin Mysteries, and has
lectured widely, from TED Global to National Geographic, Animal Planet, Discover, PBS and BBC TV.
Phoebe Greene Linden, MA, teaches and writes as an advocate for captive parrot care and wild parrot
conservation. She has spent 29 years with parrots and considers them a major life force and influence,
as well as indicators of global health. advocate for quality care of captive parrots and conservation of
wild parrots in their natural habitats.
