Driving a 2-Tone older Chevy Astro van, or Ford Aero Star, with right front damage. Top half is Emerald green bottom of van dark possibly black.

Suspect elderly with white hair wearing a cowboy hat..Not sure but I think I've seen this van and feller before..I don't know who he hit and injured but it happened near Peabody School around Lunch time 12:45 to 1:30pm..
