The answer is.... the former Montecito Firehouse or the current Old Firehouse Capital LLC building on 1486 E Valley Road in Montecito.

From the Edhat Archives: " The historical firehouse was originally built in the early part of the 20th century. The spanish style building was occupied until the 1990’s."
