Call Continental services at 6870884. We just bought a new home and thought we were going to have to paint, continental came out pressure washed our tile roof leaving it like new. we ended up having them pressure wash the eves and the whole house including the window cleaning. They did a professional job for a lot less than it would of been to paint, and looks great. Call them They're great.

If you need a painter go to Frazee paint on chapala st. You'll find many out of work painters waiting around for someone to give them work and you can pay them by the hour instead of by the job.

The painters usually power wash the building before they paint. We used Santa Barbara Painting. Good, but you can probably find someone cheaper. They also tried adding on charges after we accepted their bid. And, get your own seperate contractor for any wood repairs associated with the paint job. Kurt from Vista Paints came our for free and did the specs and helped pick colors. I'm sure all the paint companies have people that go out and do that.

We used Whitecaps painting. Not one roof tile broken. Reasonable price with a clean, thoughtful crew. We like to use contractors that actually work on the project. But always get 3 bids.

Evershade power washed my tile roof, house and deck. They did a great job and it was done sooner then they estimated.... I recommend them to my boss and she used the to power wash the sidewalk and back cement patio at the office.

Curious why the OP or others want their tiles washed? Don't like the aged patina or lichen? A lot of people actually pay big bucks for old tiles. For painting the crew of Purling are the best.

Don't clean your tile roof. Some people actually pay to have yogurt sprayed on their roof to make the algae grow. You want your tile roof to look old!!!
