March 1, 2013 - Firefall
A 'firefall', is one of nature's rarest phenomena and Denise Dewire managed to catch it during a recent photo tour to Yosemite National Park.
For only a few days each year - normally around February - the elements are perfect for the last of the day's sun rays to strike Horsetail Falls, creating a
magical luminance: a "firefall."
In the news: A Carpinteria man is charged with child rape & molestation. Isaac Martinez who killed his wife in cold blood, plead guilty to first degree
murder; and Ashleigh Brilliant writes a letter to Mayor Helene Schneider. Read these stories and more, below.
