Knit Repair
updated: Feb 28, 2013, 9:56 AM
I'm looking for someone to repair my knit blanket. My grandmother knit it for me and it's unraveling and
pulling apart. Can this be repaired, know of anyone in town?

Take it to one of the nice knitting shops in town, such as Cardigan's or Loop and Leaf and ask them if anyone would repair it for you. Knitted items can usually be repaired. There will be a charge of course.

Call RSVP, I think they know knitters. Church women's groups also usually know who knits. Official re-weavers are over $25/ hole.
