Something is seriously amiss in that news release. It says he removed his gps unit in August, yet a quick search reveals Independent articles from September and late November about his capture in New Jersey and his pleading guilty...

We need separate jails for sexual and violent criminals and we need t pay whatever it takes to keep them locked up. Let's stop pretending we are rehabbing these people and do our best to keep them out of civil society.

He was spotted by a citizen who recognized him from the SBSO facebook page and called SBSO. He has been arrested.
