Thanks, Roger, and I'm pretty sure you know Pendleton Woolen Mills, Portland Or. Local government is a cartel, police shoot innocent peeps and do serious crime against SB residents that's condoned by DA Dudley and Superior Court judges, are SB bangers out of line with respect to the example provided by LAW AND AUTHORITY? Very destructive to life and community and the future, both sides of the bars.

Isn't that the same parking structure that has a lot of problems?? Behind The Habit. I try and stay away from that parking structure. It's a little scarey walking thru from the structure to State St, thru that alley-way and curved stairs.
