BBQ store, I think there's one on state near ye old butcher shop. Make sure to follow the directions on first few fires. Otherwise you won't have it very long

Second Craigslist. There are plenty of people who don't use their chiminea and want to be rid of it. Place a wanted ad on Clist. Be sure and put that you won't reply unless the person gives you their phone number or contacts you in some non-scam format besides "Wanted:Chiminea???" (Tons of scammers on Clist.)

Check your local zoning laws before buying. Some areas in SB it's actually illegal to own them. Well, not to OWN but to use them.

No, there are no rules on burning stuff in your yard. I had a neighbor who barbequed, chiminea'd, and tiki torched almost every night. Living next to him was like living in LA. I looked into it and there's nothing you can do unless he is burning his trash or something like that. Live long and burn!
