February 21, 2013 - Colorful Green Box?

Ah yes, the Chromatic Gate. Santa Barbara's most colorful... green box? The Santa Barbara County Arts Commission announced that the infamous Chromatic Gate will be getting a facelift. Edhat subscribers have mixed feelings about the art piece adorning East Beach. Just last summer, 54% of Edhat subscribers deemed it awful. Nonetheless, it's part of our community. Whether you hate to love it or love to hate it, the C.Gate will be brightening up the coastline in weeks to come.
