Scanner Reports 2-20-13

By Roger the Scanner Guy

Hey it's Happy Humpster Day, Wednesday!!! I hope everyone is having a wonderful day. The other day I had a little disagreement with someone I can't remember whom it twas (there are so many). Anyway this person made a comment that was supposed to make me look like a real ars. I can do that all by myself I don't need any help but Thank You. This was concerning warehousing the Homeless on Work Farms, those were their words. As if I thought the Homeless should live on Work Farms. I guess the comment was supposed to make me look like I have no compassion for the Homeless because I agreed with someone's suggestion of turning old military bases into Homeless communities. Actually I have a lot of compassion for the truly homeless who need help, and also the Houseless those whom choose to live off the Land. As long as they are somewhat Law Abiding. I do believe in a structured program for those wishing to get on their feet as I went through a couple and they worked for me and I have seen them work for otters too. Personally I would love to live out there on one of those old abandoned military bases myself it sounds like a HELL of a lot of fun to me. Working the Land for a few bucks a month, room and board; where do I sign up?

When I was 22 I went to New House it was up by the county jail on County Hospital Property. There was a manager there who was a real jerk he gave me all kinds of jobs to do on the property. I was the youngest one there, not very well liked at first. I think this guy John was trying to make me mad so I'd give up and go out and drink. I really wanted to try and stay sober because every time I drank I'd get into trouble. That is no way to get drunk and have a good time. I did everything he ordered me to do. I hated it and I hated John but I stayed sober. I wanted so bad to give up get a sleeping bag and a tent go live off the land but that would only lead me to the drink, and I'm really not much fun to drink with. After a few weeks of living at New House I loved all my little jobs because they kept me out of trouble so yes I believe in a tough structured program for those wanting to break bad habits.

I agree with my friend Shakey open up those old military bases. I think Anyone not just Homeless people should go but anyone that either wants to needing help, or people continually offending the law, as well as homeless that continually offend the Law. Those that would just want to get on their feet and go back to work, or start to work. A place like that could do so much for someone wanting to get back on track. The houseless people I don't like are criminal in nature, have no respect for anyone, live by intimidation, stealing, bullying, raping, hurting otters that cannot fight back. I don't believe in a structured program for them. I believe in a structured Wood Chipper. Of course nowadaze things are different. It seems to me that the criminal has more rights than the citizen. That tells me that need be I have protect my own. I will if I have to I won't go out of my way to do so but if I have to protect myself, my cat, a loved one, or a neighbor, or friend I will if I have to and if I go to prison so be it. Maybe that is the Goal of our Nude world Odor shove the citizen in the joint and let the criminals rule the world.
