Suspicious Circumstances: near Cold Springs Tavern. Female screaming, male putting his hand over her mouth...

They are associated with a white van possibly a Chevy with a partical Arizona plate of AKY096, The female was out of the van and told to get back in the van by the male driver..There was also another male in the van...This is a white van.

The van is possible headed East toward Santa Barbara down the 154 CHP Has been notified..
