Santa Barbara Flags

I'm looking for a flag or banner to fly at my house to show my love of my
hometown. The Santa Barbara city flag is nice, but a little simple. The seal
of the city of Santa Barbara is beautiful, but I don't know if I can find a flag of
it, or if I'm allowed to fly a city emblem. The Fiesta flag is not a fit other times
of the year.
What do people like to display to show their love of where they live--either
a flag or other symbol of civic pride?

The City of Goleta logo is much prettier. http://www.cityofgoleta.org -- top left corner. Fly that, or ... make a flag with images of what you love about SB on it -- beaches, dolphins, mountains, Mission, NH Museum, Courthouse. Whatever makes your heart happy.

520, Ditto.... Not an ounce of creativity there. But remember SBCC did the same thing a few years back with their flag/logo. They went from the harbor view image to just big red, block letters on a white background.

Join a highway clean up program and get out there and clean trash so the city really does look good. Grafitti removal is another way to show 'pride'.

Flag store in Carp is your friend. Linden towards beach, turn left at Tyco, or whatever they call it now. (The street before the railroad tracks.) Stop in at Island Brewery next door before heading home.
