Well, well, well, Anutter Monday. They just sneak right up on you, don't they? When you least expect them, there they are...
On Sunday morning I had a rude awakening when those two jerks hit the guardrail on the freeway then ran from Police. Anyone else hear those sirens? It rattled the hell outta my brain and then I went to post it, somewhere along the line my back went out, now I'm in agony. I got an idea though How about an alarm clock with police sirens? That would get people up and moving. For the ex-offender in your life, or the current one. The sirens could be accompanied with someone yelling "Come out with your hands up We got the place surrounded!" Be funny watching people diving under beds and hoping out windows. Just hide their guns if they have em.
So what do people think of the online support for Chris Dorner? He is the ex-police officer who has declared WAR on the LAPD. He killed 3 people and thus far has eluded capture. This is the 4th Day after his truck was found and I feel this DB Cooper Aura about the whole thing. There is at least 17 pages on Face Book some in support, some not for Chris Dorner. While I think there might be something to the LAPD screwing him over or in his mind, they screwed him over. Violence is not the way to fix it. Not in Rogers Book anyway.
All these stories are coming out of the woodwork about police brutality. I was watching one where this 22 year old kid called the cops because these 2 guys beat him up and the police took 45 minutes to respond. This little jack ash was giving the cop poo poo for being late then he starts yelling that he's a US Soldier and getting up in the cops face like a little gnat. You know what a little gnat is? It's a bug that just keeps buzzing your face till it has an accident into the newspaper 30 or 40 times. This punk is screaming "Are you disrespecting me I'm a US Soldier!" Screaming. The cops says in a lowered voice "Are you disrespecting me?" The idiot makes a move for the officer; the police officer has no choice then to slap the little punk to the ground. While the US Soldier is on the ground crying, I hear the cop say "I'm a Marine." That shut the punk up. Later on the kid is getting interviewed by a real journalist he's wearing a Chicago Bulls hat which makes me feel like he's abandoned saying to people he's a US Soldier, and now says "I'm from Chicago" which only scares people from Santa Bruta. I don't support Police brutality but I don't support idiots that axe for a butt kicking either.
I guess I have something else to explain now about calling the police If I hear someone screaming like they are being hurt, or raped, I call the police. If I hear a car crash and it sounds bad I usually call, Sometimes if the accident is nearby I'll go out and see if people are all right. Gun Shots I hardly ever call in, I used to call in the shots all the time and every time I did I was told it was fireworks so I stopped calling them in. It's a waste of time if I heard the gun shot and screaming I'd call it in. If people out there don't like that I don't call in every single thing that happens in my HOOD Please leave your phone number in the comment section when I hear something that I don't think sounds right I will call you to respond and you can decide whether or not to call the police.
It's better to be safe than sorry. Here is Thy Blessed Scanner Roni Reports, FRYday:
At around 6:30am on FRYday someone left the mike open and I could hear dialog between a couple of our Emergency Responders Dispatchers. I'm not going to say what agency it was. It was funny because the "Open Mike" usually occurs from a responder's radio, not the Dispatcher. I enjoyed hearing what this dispatcher said much more than just about anything I have ever heard coming out of the scanner. Except back in the early 90's when car thieves ripped several cars off Gregg Motors lot, and also took the Romer Security patrol vehicle.

Listening to the scanner gives one an unbalanced perspective of life and has to be toxic for one's mental well being. Sort of like listening to talk radio all day long.
