A 53-year-old man was arrested Saturday for allegedly fatally injuring an elderly Lompoc man in a hit-and-run collision last week.

Glad they caught the driver. Takes a pretty cold person to leave his victim in the street and not at least check to see if the poor old man could have been saved.
