SBPD following a failure to yield. Suspect was on 101 and is now in the 5 Points area. Other units joined in.

They are at Big 5 with CHP it's code 4 Roger over and Out.

We had a cop last night fail to yield as we were attempting to cross the street with 8 seconds left to go on the crosswalk. He yelled at us to not cross as he failed to yield. Nice, SBPD. Nice.
