You mean a Piskey? Why would anyone do these at 7am? 7pm I could see.... Piskey = shot of whisky followed by a shot of pickle brine to kill the taste of the whisky and it's kickback.

Milk and Honey has a pickle back on their menu. They call theirs a "Peppy Pickle Back". Comes with a lick of Sriracha, shot of Jameson and chased with a shot of Pacific Pickle Works pickle juice.
