Saw a recent video of something similar down south all for the sake of a marriage proposal in the middle of the freeway and a tire burn out.

I saw the freeway shut down in Oakland to burn rubber. Unbelievable. Video I saw on tv at bottom of this article:

Instead of a stunt, I'm wondering if this was a funeral cortege. The Patriot Guard Riders were scheduled to meet the arrival of the LAX flight of SPC Patrick S. Keuper and accompany him and his family to the mortuary in their home town of Santa Maria, CA. The Patriot Guard Riders were invited by the US Army & SPC Keuper's family to meet the flight arrival and to accompany him as he returns home to his family, and to attend and honor him at his services.
