This explains all the sheriff cars I saw turning into the Chase parking lot at 5:00. I made note because a young girl pulled out in front of me from the Whole Foods parking lot, right in front of a sheriffs car, while she was texting the entire time. The sheriff didn't seem to notice her even thought she almost hit me.
