This started at 750 Embarcadero Del Mar, I don't even know what they hit. I heard pursuit vehicle has Texas Plates failed to yield in the beginning. Then just stoped but would not comply at first. Gave up acouple moments later smart thing to do..Roger over and out. Good Night.
