the false imprisonment by force is interesting, in the original report she willingly got drunk with him and went back to his house. are there more details from the court case that weren't made public?

156, you do realize that being drunk or going to someone's house willingly doesn't mean rape is okay, right? Plenty of women (and men, too) are physically restrained from leaving a house they visit willingly and are raped. Please, thinking like this discourages women from reporting their rapes. Being drunk, being on a date, going to someone's home doesn't mean a person is responsible for their own rape. You may not think that's what you're saying, literally. But, it is.

wasn't contesting the rape charge 186, just never saw anything about false imprisonment in the original story. seems to me like the two charges aren't interdependent, that is one could be raped without being imprisoned and vice versa. was just wondering.

That isn't any time, our judges and DA are very liberal when it comes to rapos and ruining some kids life. They are the sickest of the sick, cannot be cured, and have the highest recidivism rate, yet a slap on the wrist. Shame on the SB courts, they should do life, they ruin lives and families, and guys like Bruce Nelson, the ex-Basketball coach at SBHS/rapist never should deserve to be free again. Society is sick and you are flaming the fires of these people to fear 4-5 on a rape of child charge, what a joke. I hope you all get yours in the pen and learn what it feels like to be a victim,but to pussy and PC up.I will take you out if you come out in public you perverted pedophiles.
