Laguna at Cota blocked I don't know how long road will be blocked nor condition of victim.

Saw the aftermath after the ped had gone with the ambulance (I'm assuming), a girl was sitting on the curb visibly upset but not in handcuffs or anything. I'm guessing she was the driver.

I came across the scene after the fact too, and also saw a girl sitting on the curb crying, with her face buried in her hands, while a cop took notes. I felt so bad for her, she was obviously distraught. So sad...
