Report of a man exposing himself on the Anapamu foot bridge. SBPD is responding. Suspect is a hispanic adult male in his 40's.

Black hat blue shirt possible 5150...He got away but apprently exposed himself to a woman crossing over the bridge 20 minutes ago or so...So Beware.

Report of transient slamming a dog to the ground and now kneeling on it Carrillo at De La Vina. I think they caught up with him but it sounds like homeless abusers are a protected in Santa Barbara..As well as sex offenders.

Nothing was said about that maybe the dog bit an invisable person..There are alot of see thru people in Santa Barbara.
