At 5:21 PM Copter 3 and Engine 32 responded for a search of a reported vehicle over the side of the road at Paradise Road and Highway 154.

CHP made the initial request.

In case you live in the area and heard low flying helicopters, this is why.

Emergency crews have rescued a 53-year-old Solvang man trapped overnight in his car off Hwy 154 near San Antonio Creek Rd. (01/23/13)
