The subject depicted in the attached surveillance photographs is suspected of stealing bottles of Cristal Champagne, valued at $150.00 each, from a market in the Mesa area of the City of Santa Barbara on January 1, 2013 and January 9, 2013. Why weren't the bottles locked up, or have those huge anti theft devices on them? They lock diapers, formula and cigarettes why not the things that go hand in hand with the booze?
