I am having a breakfast meeting for about 35 people. I wanted to have breakfast burritos (one meat - one
veggie) what do some people recommend for a delicious burrito that could be ready at 7:30am on a
Saturday Morning. (That's the kicker!) If you know the approx price as well that could be a small factor but
quality and convenience to DOWNTOWN is key!

I realize it's not a burrito, but it's delicious and lots of choices: South Coast Deli. They list "corporate catering." I didn't know about the Carrillo St. one. 10 East Carrillo Street Santa Barbara (805) 845-4600 1436 Chapala Street Santa Barbara (805) 560-9800 Menus: http://southcoastdeli.com/menu.php

Best breakfast burrito in town is Los Tarascos on Haley. Cheap and good. Lito's would be my second choice.

Litos ! I used them for a Teachers breakfast for about 200 for a few years. They would do a few different ones and I always had a veggie option. They did deliver about 7:15 am. Good luck

D'Vine doesn't open until 11 on Saturday, and they are closed already today so you wouldn't be able to ask Dave if he'd be willing to anyway. I love Silvergreen's burritos, and they do business catering, so they'd be able to pull it off. But Lito's sounds like a good choice, too. Whatever you do, call tonight & make sure they can do it, then CALL AGAIN in the morning before you leave to make sure they are nearly ready. If whoever you choose flubs, you want to give yourself enough time to try to get a plan 2 in order.

If you're not opposed to making them yourself they are fairly easy. Prep all of the ingredients that won't go to waste overnight and make the eggs fresh in the morning. Serve as a do-it-yourself burrito where company can add or leave ingredients.

If your meeting is in Goleta or Noleta - there is a new uber yummy cafe called XO that has just opened in the little strip mall by the old Sizzler at Kellogg and Hollister. I stopped in when I saw that they had opened and I have had 2 lunches and 2 breakfasts there and I swear they have the best breakfast burrito in "all the realm." Well at least within 5 -10 miles! Check 'em out.

If your ok with making them yourself - make them the night before. Wrap them in tin foil. Put them in the oven (if you have an oven that can fit 35 of them or have access to one - bake at 350 for a good hour and they will be sizzling and delicious. Ive done this before - but not in such a high quantity.
