A scuffle broke out in front of the Habit on State Street in Downtown Santa Barbara, between three
homeless men.

But I think it happened near Parking Lot 10 because there was a medical call for a head injury there and the robbery occured in the same area..The victim was knocked unconcious.

Suspect one lite skinned BMA in 20's wearing a tan hoodie..2nd suspect WMA 30's white beard flannel shirt khaki pants they are in possession of a purple skateboard.

I think one call had to do with the other..I have a friend who is a lite skinned black male homeless and wears a hoodie. I know it aien't him..SBPD crusing State street and other areas for these guys..

It sounds like there might have been more than one victim but can't say for certain. I might have just heard the police wrong. Someone keeps flying over the city in a plane it sounds like a nice one to.

Last I heard they were checking the Castillo off ramp South for them..Maybe thats where they camp.

There are hundreds of camps in Santa Barbara, for the hundreds of people sleeping outside in Santa Barbara not all of them are BUMS.
