January 16, 2013 - Miguel & Rosa

Miguel and Rosa are just two of the famed Channel Islands that populate our coastal waters. John Wiley flew over the islands, snapping some aerial photos to share with Edhatters.

In local news: The Santa Barbara Fire Department releases a Public Service Announcement for pedestrians due to the influx of vehicle vs. pedestrian accidents, there were 3 reported by Roger the Scanner Guy just this week alone! Remember your "look both ways" lesson from elementary school Edhat walkers. Subscribers reported a power outage near Oak Park on Tuesday morning.
