There is a weird red and white blimp-looking thing hovering over the upper east side of APS. What is it?

I do not know who owns it, but I saw the same blimp on the East side a few months ago. It carries cameras. Quite a nice rig, actually!

Roger - I hope you don't mean that and are ok. I'm experienced in landlord/tenant matters and can possibly help you. I also have contacts at the city that can step in and help in some situations. I've also helped people when I can financially to avoid being homeless.

Paid or not paid, I don't get the point of the random non-answers. Just a waste of pixels. I also don't get the boasting that unpaid members make the forum worthwhile... excuse me? For the small price of a subscription and the small number of ads, I find it acceptable, like it used to be to pay a quarter for the newspaper, which also has ads.
