~Portuguese proverb We've had chilly days and nights in Santa Barbara lately, but judging from Max Rosenberg's
pictures of snow laden vistas from other parts of the state, we still have a lot to be grateful for here in S.B. Some of those things reside on the Ellwood Mesa where a
reader captured wonderful images of butterflies, owls and the lovely little sparrow hawk voted picture of the day. Read these stories and more, below.
