Denise Dewire recently enjoyed discovering the sea's treasures exposed during low tide at
Carpinteria State Beach.
A driver disregarded the City's recent recommendation to conserve water above and beyond everyday conservation
practices when she left the scene of a gushing fire hydrant she hit and sheared the top off of. For those a bit more conservation-minded, a Goleta family is
