Carpinteria Low Tides

Went with three others on Wed to Carpinteria State Beach to check out the low tides. While it was foggy
and overcast, it didn't interfere with finding lots of interesting sea life, birds and shells. The only thing
missing was sea glass, which normally is found at low tides, especially in Carpinteria. Egret, Sandpipers,
Sanderlings, Turkey Vultures, Star Fish, Anemones, great textures, seaweed and shells are a few things
featured in photographs today. Plus several people collecting shells and one crazy fisherman that
hopefully was washed out to sea as the waves were fairly large and pretty rough looking!
Lower tides today this afternoon. If you get a chance take a stroll and you won't be disappointed!
(Camera info - Used my 70-200 f/4 lens with 1.4 extender. Had to shoot quite a few in a higher ISO to get
the shutter speed I wanted to captured the moving birds. Those Sanderlings are hard guys to captured and
get sharp as they move so fast).
