Referral, please.
I'd like to do some office temp work on an occasional basis. Any
recommendations on local agencies that place temporary workers in Santa
Barbara?

I worked with many in town. I highly recommend Apple One--very nice, professional, no problem getting paid (which I cant say for some of them) and online training if you need to brush up on computer skills. They're #1 in my book.

We use Crossroads and they do a good job for us - we are a (frankly) very strict company that mainly works with military and aerospace customers - they seem to know exactly the type of person we are looking whether they are temp or temp to hire. Good luck in your search.

I use Express Employment Professionals. They are so quick to respond, and send the top talent avaliable in Santa Barbara County. They have the best staff in house to deal with! Their office number is 805-965-6900. Hope this helps!

OP, here. Thank you, Edhatters, for all the great suggestions. SUZ please ask Edhat for my contact information. I'm not sure this is what I am looking for, but I would be happy to discuss it.
